When you submit the form, it opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and we only receive it if you choose to send it.

If you call, email, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you share with us in that conversation. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically

We use three services to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it:

• Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and records general information such as the page visited, the referring website, country, browser, and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Microsoft Clarity captures how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay (mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling). It collects usage data using first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Anything typed into our inquiry form is hidden from these recordings. • Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you found our website (for example, through a search engine), and your approximate location, browser, and device. When you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics use cookies to recognise repeat visits and group activity into sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will continue to work if you do. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting your data with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We keep inquiry messages and contact details for as long as needed to respond to you and serve you as a customer. Analytics data is kept by Vercel, Microsoft, and Google for a limited period under their own retention policies.
